My Intermittent Keto diet! My window is 16 hours. I eat dinner around 6-7 pm and wait until lunch the next day before my next meal feeding my body on fat yes FAT which provides the energy our bodies and brain require to function properly. Zero snacks chips sweets and most importantly sugar along with any grains including rice or quinoa. My lunch here is the following: Avocado Himalayan Salt Green olives ground flaxseed Grassfed butter Brie or small amount of Cheese Radishes and Greens. This is one of the better ways to introduce an effective diet loose weight and feel better. In my instance it is not to loose weight but rather to gain so Fat is key along with rest during the period known as Ketosis to regenerate my body and muscles. Dinner: Can be meat or fish with other fats or neither as long as you consume the right Fat to get you through the next day without having to cheat and snack every couple of hours. Our bodies were not designed to eat more than 1-2 times a day! This is where the misconception is when Doctors or people in general tell you to snack every couple of hours. Our Small and Large Intestine along with Liver and Gallbladder and especially our cells need time to rest and produce more new healthy cells! Brain Cognition requires for us to have proper Omega 3’s and 6’s. That is why we call them essential fatty acids as they are Essential! Treat your body like a temple not a dumpster!
