My 3 Step Plan To Get Shredded Before 2019 Starts: 1 Eat in a calorie deficit & hit my macros each day The past 4 months I have been counting macros & have gotten really close to seeing my abs. This is working & allows me to eat cheat foods whenever I want and still lose fat so I will keep eating like this since its sustainable (unlike Keto or low carb) 2 Workout 3 times a week for at least 20 min & do sprints every other day I will workout longer than that but this is the bare minimum With how busy Ive gotten & all the traveling Ive been doing lately getting a 2 hour workout session has become a little rough I like the gym but dont solely rely on it since I know how to use bodyweight workouts to build muscle anywhere 3 Sleep 7hrs daily This has been the biggest game changer for me in the last 2 months Sleeping more has allowed me to be more alert recover faster build muscle & lose fat We live in a hustle all day & sleep when you die culture But the reality is that our body needs rest to recharge All the anabolic magic happens when you rest enough So if you have been doing 4hrs it sleep/night & pounding 3 cups of coffee daily to stay awake I dare you to sleep 1 or 2 hours more than you usually do In a week you will feel invincible! So thats my 3-step plan Really simple right? Losing fat is not hard as long as you give your body what it wants: Good food rest & to actually use it AKA workout!
