What do you do when you go off track with your diet? . It happens to us all. It happens to you, me, and everyone else on the planet. So you’re not alone. . You’ve made a slip up. . Maybe it was a night on the town for a friends birthday… . Or a dozen too many cookies one night. . Or maybe 1 tub of Ben and Jerry’s turned into 2!!! (is that classed as going off track? Because that’s my idea of heaven)… . So what do you do?. . Well what you DON’T do is let it eat away at you, make you feel guilty and depressed. . Certainly don’t let yourself obsess about it. Because guess what? . It’s done now. . There’s nothing you can do about it. Starving yourself for the next 3 days or doing 3 hours of cardio a day for the next week really isn’t the way to go. . And certainly don’t do something drastic like go Keto! . What you should do is forget about it. . Move on. Move on to the next meal and get back on plan there. . Drastic action is simply not needed. You’ll be back on track in no time and it’ll all be a thing of the past!. . Tag a friend below that went off track recently and needs to hear this… . #dieting #weightlosssupport #fatloss#weightloss #offtrack #ontrack#backontrack #onplan #onplanjan#janyouary #achieveyourgoals#fatlossjourney #thescaleslie #saynotoketo#dontsweatthesmallstuff #dontsweatit#moveon #fitnessjourney #humpday#workoutwednesday #dietplan #mealplan#nutritionplan #fatlossplan #weightlossplan
